About Us

Elemental Adventure Heliskiing was started in the late 90’s and is the product of a passion for skiing
and snowboarding in beautiful, remote places , untouched by the modern world. For the last 10 years
we have led the way in the niche industry of exploratory-type heli skiing.

EA Heliskiing is a UK registered company with offices in Covent London, Chamonix, France and Crested Butte, Colorado. We currently employ three full time staff (in th UK) as well as several part-time (primarily guides) during the winter months.

We have been involved in the ski industry for nearly two decades and know the world of heli skiing
inside out. When you book a heliski trip with us you can be sure of certain things. We have more
specialist knowledge of worldwide heli skiing than any other company - anywhere. Booking with us costs no more than booking direct with an individual lodge or operation - in fact it will often save you money.

James Morland

Managing Director

James has been involved in the front line of the ski industry for 15 years and started EA Heliskiing in the late 90’s. Since then he has been involved in all aspects of running the business right down to the grass roots of guiding. He is a member of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides and part way through the UIAGM guide certification in Canada. He has a particular interest in snow safety and holds the Canadian Avalanche Association’s (CAA) level 2 certification.

As well as a deep rooted passion for the mountains James has been a professional yacht skipper for
twelve years and has taken guests sailing all round the world from Alaska to South East Asia. He also has a degree in Psychology and business.

Julia Ross

Office Manager / Sales

Julia has been skiing from the age of five and never missed a season. She spent two years teaching skiing and snowboarding in Canada and then returned to the UK to follow her passion a little closer to home.

She has worked in the ski industry for over eight years and has skied extensively across Europe, Canada, The USA and  Argentina.
 

Bill Dewick

Website Development and online Marketing

Bill is responsible for our website development and internet marketing and has had a close interest in EA Heliskiing since its conception. He is a keen skier and has heli skied in Canada
