Top powder picks for 2026

Elemental Adventure •

Winter is only 3 months away but if you haven’t already got your plans locked in, don’t panic, we still have some great trips available. Here are our top picks from 2026’s remaining dates. Contact us for these and more.

Sacred Slopes | India

Last March, we finally brought to life a heliski adventure we had dreamed of for years—deep in the Himalayas. It was an experience like no other: first descents from 5,000-metre peaks, visiting remote villages cut off from the world and immersing ourselves in raw adventure and the vibrant culture of India.

Nights alternated between the charm of traditional Tibetan guesthouses and the indulgence of five-star hotels, creating a perfect balance of authenticity and luxury.

We will be running two similar trips in March 2026, one of which is still available:

22-29 March | EUR 228,000 (group price guide for up to 6 skiers)

British Columbia's Last Frontier

British Columbia's Alaskan frontier is almost limitless in scale and one of the most reliable places on earth for delivering huge quantities of powder.

The Heliski Safari enables you to ski two iconic locations, Bell 2 Lodge Lodge and Ripley Creek, and maximise access to over 10,000km2 of some of British Columbia's snowiest mountains in the same week. This mid-season availability presents a rare opportunity.

6th - 13th February | CAD $20,130 per person+ 5% GST

Includes:

  • Seven days of heli-skiing including 30,500 vertical metres
  • Guides certified by the ACMG / IFMGA

Greenland

Greenland’s coastline is a dramatic wilderness of glaciated islands, icy fjords, and colossal icebergs. Ski runs often drop straight to the beach, with vast, untouched terrain flowing from one unnamed peak to the next. There are few, if any places in the world that offer such a combination of raw adventure and pristine beauty—and all just a stone's throw from Europe and eastern USA.

We run trips on both the east and west coasts, with options for shore-based or ship-based accommodation.

Shore-Based | Kulusuk | East Coast
28th March - 4th April | EUR 13,950 per person

Ship-Based | Maniitsoq | West Coast
9-16 April & 16-23 April | Group price guide for up to 8 skiers: EUR 150,000

Ship-Based | Exploration | West Coast
2-9 May & 9-16 May | Group price for 9-12 skiers: EUR 460,000

Elemental Adventure is returning to Svalbard in 2026 on board RV PolarXplorer, a vessel whose pedigree is in scientific research, TV and film production but her specification and crew expertise make her perfect for a ski touring expedition.

Available to book exclusively or by cabin.

Includes:

  • 1 night pre-charter B&B hotel accommodation

Iceland

When spring comes to the Alps, March is early season for Iceland. With a little luck you can expect blizzards, powder and the Northern Lights.

A generous new credit policy in case of time lost to bad weather and (from England) direct London and Manchester flights, make Iceland in March ideal for a low-commitment, high-potential heli-skiing short break.

March Departures

  • Saturday - Tuesday | 2.5 days' heliskiing | EUR 5,000 per person
  • Tuesday - Saturday | 3.5 days' heliskiing | EUR 7,000 per person
  • Saturday - Saturday | 6.5 days' heliskiing | EUR 13,200 per person

Includes:

  • Transfer between Akureyri and the lodge
  • Heli-skiing on the best terrain on the Troll peninsula with 2, 3 or 6 hours flying time
  • Safety training and use of avalanche transceiver, avalanche air bag, shovel and probe
  • Use of powder skis and poles
  • Iceland’s most experienced heli-ski guides (IFMGA or ACMG certified)
  • Accommodation at Klængshóll Lodge (twin or double occupancy) including meals
  • Bad weather activities - ski touring, whale watching, fishing, geothermal baths, hot springs
